SpecPoxy 3000 is 100% solids, solvent free, low odor, high-strength, and non-sag. VOC content= 0 grams/liter.


Application

  • Anchoring bolts, dowels, and reinforcing steel.
  • Vertical and overhead structural bonding and patching.
  • Sealing cracks and setting injection ports.
  • Suitable for use in concrete, block, brick, or stone.

Mixing Instructions

  • Mix equal volumes of Part A and Part B for three minutes using a low-speed drill.
  • Air, material, and surface temperatures must be at least 60°F prior to mixing and installation.

Surface Preparation

  • Surfaces must be clean and structurally sound.
  • Remove contaminants by sandblasting, mechanical abrasion, or hydro blasting.
  • Ensure drilled holes are prepared by brushing and blowing out with oil-free compressed air.

Application Techniques

  • Bonding: Apply SpecPoxy 3000 neatly into the substrate and ensure the glue line does not exceed 1/8″.
  • Anchoring: For anchoring applications, ensure holes are drilled to the appropriate depth and diameter, and filled from the bottom up to avoid air pockets.

Shelf Life

  • Store in original, tightly closed containers. Shelf life is two years from the date of manufacture when stored properly.
