100% Solids Epoxy Coating for Moisture Control
VaporSolve 100 LP is a specially formulated 100% solids epoxy coating designed to comply with ASTM F-3010. It is used over concrete with high moisture levels to isolate the concrete from moisture-sensitive flooring. When applied without a primer in a single coat application, it is referred to as the VaporSolve Basic System. This system should only be used over concrete that has never been treated with reactive silicate curing compounds or densifiers.
VaporSolve 100 LP has a low viscosity and excellent substrate wetting properties that enhance penetration and adhesion. Its special hydrophobic curing agent allows for adhesion to damp or wet concrete, curing fully even when applied underwater. The product is based on Bisphenol F epoxy, offering superior chemical crosslinking over products based on Bisphenol A epoxy. This results in reduced moisture permeability and enhanced long-term resistance to water and alkalinity.
The product contains no plasticizers, phenols, or unreacted amines that could migrate out of the cured coating and cause osmotic blistering.

Application Conditions:
- Temperature: Apply between 55°F and 100°F
- If the concrete has been treated with silicate compounds, use VaporSolve Primer underneath VaporSolve 100 LP to ensure adhesion.
