Founded by Gus Benner and Rollie Nawman in 1925, BN Products-USA, LLC. specializes in rebar tools, generators, hand tools, and more. Originally a sheet metal fabricator, the company gained global recognition for crafting phone booths for over 40 countries (1950–1999).

In 2010, the business evolved into two entities: Benner-Nawman, Inc. for electrical products and BN Products-USA, LLC. for construction tools. Headquartered in Wickenburg, Arizona, BN Products partners with domestic and international organizations to supply and develop products for North America.
